HoloLens 2: Case Western

Discover how Case Western Reserve uses #Microsoft #HoloLens2 and #MixedReality to help anatomy students score 50% better while learning faster and retaining more knowledge.

Was a joy chatting with Ellen Kendall, Professor Susanne Wish-Baratz, and Professor Mark Griswold from Case Western Reserve University, alongside Jean Blatchford.

They built the world's first 100+ shared experience on HoloLens 2 at the height of the pandemic to allow anatomy/med school classes to continue.

Fun fact: The medical students didn't miss a single day of class during the pandemic.

Their innovative approach to learning with the #HoloLens2 and #MixedReality is incredible. CWRU hosted a multi-user remote HoloAnatomy class for #Microsoft, and it was truly mind blowing. It is no doubt, "the future of education".

HoloLens 2: Medivis

Discover how Medivis uses #Microsoft #HoloLens2 and #MixedReality in over 200+ operations for holographic guided surgery in their quest to improve accuracy and improve patient outcomes.

We were both thrilled and excited when we chatted with Osamah Choudhry, MD and Christopher Morley, MD of Medivis.

The innovation they are bringing to the bear in the surgical visualization world for medicine are both awe-inspiring and jaw-dropping.

They were the first company to get FDA approval to use HoloLens for clinical use in the operating room in May 2019.

They are empowering doctors with the most crucial data. 3d data. We humans are three dimensional, but yet doctors are having to interpret our physiological data as 2d images and then interpreting back into 3d. That's the medical evolution that Medivis is doing with #HoloLens2.

HoloLens 2: LockheedMartin

Learn how Lockheed Martin is using HoloLens 2 with NASA's Orion spacecraft to send astronauts to the moon and beyond.
